Privacy Policy
This policy describes Paddo, a stretch log for paddle outings. It applies to the Paddo app on iPhone.
What you enter
An outing can hold a title, a launch line, a takeout line, a note, four safety lines, and four gear marks. A stretch holds minutes, a current, and an effort. A rest holds a time. A slip holds the outing it belongs to. A hail is a sound file you record. A clip is a movie you film or choose. A portrait is a photo you choose.
Where it stays
Outings, stretches, rests, slips, Spray balance, hails, clips, and the portrait are stored in the app on the iPhone. Paddo does not upload them to a Paddo server. Clear Data removes those records from the phone.
Photos, camera, and microphone
The camera is used when you tap Film this stretch. The photo library is used when you tap Choose a clip, when you tap the portrait, and when you tap Save this clip to write that movie into Photos. The microphone is used when you tap Keep a hail. Paddo does not transcribe the hail.
Notifications
Continue asks for notification permission. If you turn on Look at the reach and save a time, Paddo can schedule one local reminder that says Look at the reach. Paddo does not register for remote push in this app.
Purchases
Get Sprays sells consumable Spray packs through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment. Paddo keeps a Spray balance so Lay a slip can spend 1 Spray. Paddo does not receive your card number.
